Game Description
The Legacy of Father is an indie horror game, where you will try to survive by doing your homework in a haunted house.
Game lasts 5 minutes. The main objective is to complete your homework by using the PC and survive until 3 am. Finish the day by making sure that the house is clean and everything is in order before going to bed. Every detail will count towards your final score. So, pick up your phone from the table, use it as a flashlight and let's start!
However, be careful, your house is haunted by an evil entity that started manifesting, following your father's death. It seems to be active and aggressive between 10 pm and 3 am.
Watch out for your energy! If your energy reaches 0, you die. If you get caught by the evil entity you will lose all your energy and the fuse box will switch off. There is an energy drink in the fridge which you can drink every 30 seconds in order to restore some of your energy.
The final score will be calculated depending on how much time you waste going to bed and on how clean the house is.
Game Story
You will play in the role of a 16-year-old kid.
You live in a small suburban neighborhood just on the outskirts of the city.
Your father was a museum curator in the city. One day, on his way to work, he died in a strange car accident. He drove off the road, for what it seems, no apparent reason. It looked like he was trying to avoid hitting someone or... something with his car.
Your mother is not the most pleasant person to be around. She is a strict woman. A Karen if you will. She believes that you can only achieve something in life by studying hard. She works at night and only returns home in the morning.
